It'll be good to see my family, friends and go to the beach without having to worry if it's going to rain (a thought always present when you're in the UK). But there is something I am not looking forward to. Tango has gone on vacations in the North of Portugal. All milongas stopped for August and I will probably have no tango near home... A bittersweet prospect!

Nothing like a break from our obsession to refresh our passion for it.
I just had two weeks in Portugal mainly playing around with and on boats - no Tango in sight...it was wonderful!! Enjoy - and Johanna is right!

I thought of you the other day. I had a cab driver (very pretty girl, btw) who was speaking Portugese on the phone. It sounded so cool! I wish I could speak it!
